苹果推出的 M6 是其首款采用 2 纳米制程的芯片 1。该芯片配备 12 核 CPU、12 核 GPU、双 16 核神经引擎，统一内存带宽为 170 GB/s 1。
小米发布的玄戒 O3 安兔兔跑分为 522 万分，是首个突破 500 万分的旗舰 SoC 1。其 CPU 采用十核全大核设计，包含 6 个超大核心和 4 个大核心，最高频率为 4.35GHz 1。此外，玄戒 O3 GPU 首发 16 核 G2-Ultra NX 图形处理器，支持第三代光线追踪 1。

Additionally, its GPU debuts the 16-core G2-Ultra NX graphics processor, which supports third-generation ray tracing 1.
