早餐由三四家机关食堂统一就近配餐，对标公职人员早餐标准[1]。每日供应的菜品包括包子、花卷、蔬菜卷、烤面包、鸡蛋、稀饭等多种品类[1]。为确保食品质量，敦煌市每天对早餐菜单搭配、餐品温度、口感风味等开展专项抽检[1]。冬季期间，项目配备保温袋确保早餐温热[1]，切实增强了环卫工人的工作热情和获得感[1]。
Dunhuang city has maintained a continuous free breakfast initiative for sanitation workers over the past year, delivering over 140,000 meals to date.[1] The program, which began approximately one year ago, has operated for 376 consecutive days as of August 15, with the municipal government providing more than 400 breakfast portions daily through its cafeteria system.[1]
The meals are prepared by three to four government cafeterias operating on a rotating basis and follow the same nutritional standards applied to civil service employees.[1] Daily breakfast offerings include buns, flower rolls, vegetable wraps, baked bread, eggs, and rice porridge, ensuring variety in the menu.[1] To maintain food quality and temperature, authorities conduct specialized daily inspections of meal combinations, serving temperature, and taste, while insulated containers are deployed during winter months to keep breakfasts warm.[1] These measures have enhanced both the enthusiasm and sense of fulfillment among sanitation workers.[1]
