德勤中国报告：AI应用预期对初级员工职位影响较大

德勤中国与香港大学发布了「企业AI应用：决策者洞察」研究报告1。该报告于2025年8月25日在香港发布，调查对象涵盖超过200名中国大陆及香港大型企业的高级管理人员1。研究结果显示，受访者预期AI应用对初级员工职位影响较大1。

关于各级别员工人数的具体变动预期，65.4%的受访者预期AI应用将导致初级员工人数减少，仅有10.7%预计该层级人手会增加1。对于非管理层级的中层人员，31.7%的受访者预期其人手将会减少，33.7%预计会增加1。在中层管理人员方面，31.2%的受访者预期人数将会减少，14.1%预计会增加1。对于高级管理层，仅有3.4%的受访者预期人手将会减少，4.4%预计会增加1。

Deloitte China and the University of Hong Kong jointly released a research report titled "Enterprise AI Application: Decision Maker Insights" on August 25, 2025, in Hong Kong 1.
