深圳光明区对口帮扶协作汕头金平区工作队自2023年6月进驻以来，在三年内参加的全部三次上级考核中均获得"优秀"或"A等次"[1]，成为深圳对口帮扶协作汕头七个区县中唯一获得"全优"成绩的工作队[1]。工作队队长连续三年年度考核获评"优秀"等次[1]。
在产业协作方面，工作队推动光明—金平共建产业园建设，总规模达2099亩，由四片区组成[1]。光明创新中心已投资3650万元，于6月3日完成封顶[1]。科创孵化中心仅用35天完成装修建设，入选"百千万工程"典型案例[1]。工作队累计联动130余家科研机构、高校与行业协会，举办30多场对接活动[1]，推动深圳企业投资金平项目总额近7490万元，涵盖医疗、教育、充电设施等领域[1]。
在民生领域，工作队发放困难学生助学金13.22万元[1]，通过"十个率先"推动工作突破[1]，推进光明与金平的区域发展协作。
Since June 2023, the work team overseeing Shenzhen Guangming District's paired support and collaboration with Shantou's Jinping District has delivered exceptional results, achieving "excellent" or "grade A" ratings in all three annual evaluations conducted by higher authorities.[1] The team stands as the sole work group among Shenzhen's seven paired support initiatives with Shantou to receive a perfect record across all assessments.[1] The team leader has maintained an "excellent" rating for three consecutive annual evaluations.[1]
The collaboration has materialized through multiple development initiatives. The jointly constructed industrial park spans 2,099 acres across four zones.[1] The Guangming Innovation Center, requiring an investment of 36.5 million yuan, reached completion on June 3.[1] The Science and Technology Incubation Center was completed in just 35 days and has been selected as a typical case study for the "Hundred-Thousand-Ten Program".[1] These efforts have mobilized over 130 research institutions, universities, and industry associations, with more than 30 networking events held to facilitate collaboration.[1]
Economic and social benefits have begun materializing. Shenzhen enterprises have invested approximately 74.9 million yuan in Jinping projects, encompassing healthcare, education, and charging facilities.[1] The initiative has also prioritized education support, distributing 132,200 yuan in financial aid to students in difficulty.[1] This multifaceted approach reflects the work team's commitment to advancing industrial cooperation and regional development.[1]
