国家市场监督管理总局近期召开新闻发布会，通报了"传统工艺市场打假清源"联合执法行动的成果。1执法部门针对假证书、假机构、假产品、假网站等四类乱象进行了集中整治，全国共计立案769件，涉案金额达6558万元。1其中，21起重大案件已移送司法机关追究刑事责任。1公安部门同步侦办相关刑事案件91起，对472人采取刑事强制措施。1

在具体案例中，东海县公安机关破获一起制假证书案，井某某等9人伪造珠宝鉴定证书230余万张，非法经营数额100余万元。1该案涉及2023年至2025年期间大量伪造"NGTC"和"中国地质大学"等注册商标证书的违法行为。1

在执法强度方面，市场监管部门开展联合执法检查7696次，收集违法线索2.4万条。1网络监测方面，全网累计开展网络监测近28万次，清理违规信息1892条。1市场监管部门表示将继续织密长效监管制度网，推动线上线下一体化治理。1

The State Administration for Market Regulation held a press conference to announce the results of a joint enforcement campaign targeting counterfeit products in the traditional crafts market.1 The coordinated effort focused on eliminating four categories of illegal practices: forged certificates, fake institutions, counterfeit products, and fraudulent websites.1 Across the nation, authorities filed 769 cases with a total illegal transaction value of 65.58 million yuan, and 21 major cases have been referred to judicial authorities for criminal prosecution.1

Law enforcement agencies conducted 7,696 joint inspection checks and collected 24,000 leads on violations during the campaign.1 Public security departments investigated 91 criminal cases related to the market manipulation, with coercive criminal measures applied to 472 individuals.1 A notable case in Donghai County involved nine suspects, including one surnamed Jing, who forged over 2.3 million jewelry authentication certificates and engaged in illegal operations generating more than 1 million yuan.1 Between 2023 and 2025, a substantial volume of counterfeit certificates bearing the trademarks of "NGTC" and "China University of Geosciences" were produced.1 Online monitoring efforts detected violations across nearly 280,000 instances, leading to the removal of 1,892 pieces of non-compliant information from the internet.1

Market regulators pledged to continue strengthening long-term regulatory mechanisms and promoting integrated enforcement both online and offline.1
