该标准规范了监测层级划分、监测方法选取、设备选型校准、数据质量控制等关键内容1。甲烷是仅次于二氧化碳的第二大温室气体1。标准已在中国石油、中国石化、国家管网集团等央企完成验证应用1。
The State Administration for Market Regulation has approved and released the national standard "Technical Guidelines for Methane Emission Monitoring in Onshore Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry" (GB/T 48149—2026) on August 31, 2026.1 This standard represents the first integrated methane emission monitoring technical system covering the entire oil and gas production chain in China, filling a gap in domestic onshore oil and gas methane monitoring standards.1
The new standard has been validated and applied by major central enterprises including China National Petroleum Corporation, China National Petrochemical Corporation, and China National Pipeline Group.1 The guidelines establish protocols for monitoring level classification, monitoring method selection, equipment calibration and selection, and data quality control.1 Methane is the second largest greenhouse gas after carbon dioxide.1
