数据赋能 “数据要素×”大赛广东分赛福田赛站决赛启幕

2025年8月25日，2026年“数据要素×”大赛广东分赛福田赛站决赛开赛仪式在粤港澳大湾区大数据中心举行 1。本次大赛共吸引超1800个项目申报，最终入围决赛的团队超400个 1。福田区承办金融服务、应急管理、绿色低碳三大赛道，参赛队伍将在未来三天展开角逐 1。

开赛仪式现场发布了多项AI与数据合作成果及合规指引 1。福田区政务和数据局与奥明星程签订“AI+数据”战略合作协议，晨昏线科技与智城算网签约共建标准化、场景化的具身智能训练场 1。诺亦腾合伙人、副总裁何勇发布诺亦腾HiPHI具身智能数据集，该数据集为全球规模最大的开源人体工作数据集，共开源620个小时，包含370小时人体动作数据和250小时人体行为视频、静物等结构化数据 1。深圳数据交易所合规部总经理王青兰发布《生成式人工智能服务交易合规评估指引》和《跨境数据交易合规评估指引》 1。

The finals of the 2026 "Data Element ×" Competition Guangdong Sub-competition Futian Station officially commenced on August 25 at the Greater Bay Area Big Data Center in Futian, Shenzhen 1. The Futian District is hosting the finals across three major tracks: financial services, emergency management, and green and low-carbon development 1. Participating teams in these tracks will compete over the next three days 1. The competition has attracted more than 1,800 project applications, with over 400 teams ultimately advancing to the finals 1.

During the opening ceremony, the Futian District Government Service and Data Bureau signed a strategic cooperation agreement on "AI + Data" with Aoming Xingcheng 1. Meanwhile, Chenhunxian Technology and Zhicheng Computing Network signed an agreement to jointly build a standardized and scenario-based embodied intelligence training ground 1. He Yong, Partner and Vice President of Noitom, released the Noitom HiPHI embodied intelligence dataset, which features 620 open-sourced hours of data, including 370 hours of human motion data and 250 hours of structured data such as human behavior videos and still objects 1. Additionally, Wang Qinglan, General Manager of the Compliance Department at the Shenzhen Data Exchange, published the "Compliance Assessment Guidelines for Generative AI Service Transactions" and the "Compliance Assessment Guidelines for Cross-border Data Transactions" 1.
