在技术与配置方面，智界RX基于华为途灵平台打造，首发华为智擎新一代高性能电驱，同时搭载面向未来的L3级自动驾驶架构设计1。其车身尺寸为5020×2007×1585mm，轴距3000mm，并配备前胎宽255mm、后胎宽275mm的鸳鸯胎1。赵长江透露，L3级自动驾驶架构版本的小订订单占比超90%，均价达38万元1。
