深圳龙华区冲刺“双万亿”产业规模 建设深圳中部增长极

8月26日，深圳市龙华区召开第三届人民代表大会第一次会议，代理区长肖智勇作政府工作报告，总结过去五年经济社会发展成果并擘画未来五年高质量发展蓝图1。

过去五年，龙华区地区生产总值年均增速达5.3%，总量达到3311亿元1。规模以上工业总产值突破7200亿元，增长39%；数字经济核心产业总产出突破6100亿元，增加值占地区生产总值比重超过35%1。全社会研发经费年均达120亿元，投入强度提升至4.38%；战略性新兴产业增加值占地区生产总值比重提升至45.8%1。

面向未来五年，龙华区提出规上工业总产值和数字经济核心产业规模双双突破1万亿元的目标1。该区将打造深圳数字经济核心区和世界级半导体产业科技中心，建设深圳中部增长极1。

Over the past five years, the district's gross domestic product expanded at an average annual growth rate of 5.3%, reaching 331.1 billion yuan 1. The total output value of industrial enterprises above designated size surpassed 720 billion yuan, reflecting a 39% increase 1. Additionally, the total output of the core digital economy industry exceeded 610 billion yuan, with its added value accounting for more than 35% of the regional GDP 1. The district also saw its average annual R&D expenditure reach 12 billion yuan, pushing the investment intensity up to 4.38%, while the added value of strategic emerging industries rose to 45.8% of the GDP 1.

Looking forward, Longhua District has established ambitious targets for the next five years, aiming for both the total output value of industrial enterprises above designated size and the scale of the core digital economy industry to break through the 1 trillion yuan mark 1. Through these efforts, the district intends to establish itself as a core digital economy zone and a world-class semiconductor science and technology center for Shenzhen, ultimately serving as a central growth pole for the city 1.
