The company is led by Wang Laichun as chairman and her brother Wang Laixi as founder and executive director.[1] Wang Laichun, whose personal wealth of 85.5 billion yuan ranks her as the 55th richest person on the 2025 Hurun China Rich List and the wealthiest woman in the Chaoshan region, would gain a second Hong Kong-listed company within her family portfolio if the offering succeeds.[1] Her other major enterprise, Luxshare Precision, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in July of this year, raising approximately 24.27 billion Hong Kong dollars.[1]
Lisjoy Innovation has demonstrated strong financial growth, with revenues expanding from 15.248 billion yuan in 2023 to 34.755 billion yuan in 2025, while net profit surged from 588 million yuan to 1.69 billion yuan over the same period.[1] The company's client base is heavily concentrated, with revenues from Customer A (Apple) jumping from 6.083 billion yuan to 24.689 billion yuan, increasing its share of total revenue from 39.9 percent to 71 percent.[1]
