国家级专精特新企业、胡润独角兽企业麦科田通过深圳交易集团竞拍，获得光明区两宗产业用地1。这两宗地块总面积约2.1万平方米，规划建筑面积约9.95万平方米1。麦科田将在此投资建设高端智能医疗器械总部与生产基地，项目建成投产后年均产值不低于14亿元1。
麦科田在医疗器械领域的实力已获业界认可，2025年位列中国医疗器械研发综合实力排行榜第35名1。其落户光明区将进一步壮大当地高端医疗器械产业集群。目前光明区医疗器械上下游企业超900家，规上工业企业140余家，产业集群总规模已突破550亿元1。光明区年内还将建成东坑半导体产业园、塘家智能制造产业园等园区，新增产业建筑面积合计超100万平方米1。
Maxim Medical, a national-level specialized and sophisticated enterprise and Hurun unicorn company, has acquired two parcels of industrial land in Shenzhen's Guangming District through competitive bidding conducted by the Shenzhen Exchange Group 1. The combined land area spans approximately 21,000 square meters with a planned building area of around 99,500 square meters 1. The company plans to invest in establishing a high-end intelligent medical device headquarters and manufacturing base on the site 1.
Upon completion and operation, the project is projected to generate annual output value of no less than 1.4 billion yuan 1. Maxim Medical ranked 35th in China's medical device research and development comprehensive strength ranking in 2025 1. The development aligns with Guangming District's existing medical device industry cluster, which comprises over 900 upstream and downstream enterprises and more than 140 industrial enterprises above designated size, with a total cluster output value exceeding 55 billion yuan 1. The district plans to complete multiple industrial parks this year, including the Dongkeng Semiconductor Industrial Park and Tangjia Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, adding a combined industrial building area exceeding 1 million square meters 1.
