These include an intelligent rescue robot capable of navigating narrow spaces, a smart charging station system, an AI-powered eye protection desk lamp, an intelligent teaching assistant platform called EasyTeach, a smart medication organizer, a low-carbon ecological bird shelter system, a multi-modal intelligent mosquito control terminal, and an AI-based environmental education platform for mangrove ecosystem protection [1]. University student mentors provided guidance throughout the program [1].
The projects are set to debut publicly at a "Creative Pitch Day" event scheduled for early September [1]. At that showcase, the Nanshan District Education Bureau will partner with universities and enterprises to establish the "Nanshan District Alliance for Young Innovators Across Educational Levels," formally institutionalizing collaboration between primary, secondary, and higher education institutions in fostering student-led innovation [1].
