民政部会同中央网信办、工业和信息化部、公安部、市场监管总局联合印发了《整治婚介机构乱象专项行动工作方案》，决定从2026年7月至2027年2月在全国范围内开展婚介机构专项整治行动[1]。此次整治覆盖线上婚恋平台和线下实体婚介机构等从事婚介服务的各类市场主体和社会服务机构[1]。
整治重点聚焦七类主要问题，包括登记服务违规、虚假营销、婚托欺诈、合同签约违规、收费管理混乱、关键信息审核流于形式和个人信息泄露滥用[1]。其中，婚托欺诈的具体表现为安排婚托冒充征婚者与消费者见面、虚构优质征婚对象信息，以及以见面费、诚意金、保证金等名义反复收费[1]。
Five government bodies have jointly initiated a nationwide campaign to combat widespread irregularities in the matrimonial services industry.[1] The Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Central Cyberspace Administration, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Public Security Bureau, and the State Administration for Market Regulation have issued a special action plan targeting unlawful practices by marriage brokerage firms.[1] The enforcement initiative will run from July 2026 through February 2027 across all regions.[1]
The rectification effort addresses seven categories of misconduct plaguing both online dating platforms and brick-and-mortar marriage agencies.[1] These violations include irregular registration services, deceptive advertising, romance fraud schemes involving fake matchmakers, contract breaches, chaotic fee structures, superficial vetting of critical information, and unauthorized disclosure or misuse of personal data.[1] One particularly prevalent scam involves recruiting confederates posing as genuine marriage seekers to meet with clients, fabricating information about suitable matches, and repeatedly extracting fees under the guise of meeting charges, good-faith deposits, and guarantee payments.[1]
