深圳龙华区发布世界级半导体科技城空间规划，划定约200平方公里的协同发展范围，其中龙华片区约115平方公里1。该区全力冲刺"十五五"末集群产值突破500亿元的目标1。
龙华区已形成覆盖设计、封测、设备、材料等多个环节的完整集成电路产业体系1。截至2025年底，该区集成电路产业集群共集聚规上企业200家，其中专精特新企业141家，国家级专精特新"小巨人"企业24家1。2025年龙华区半导体与集成电路集群产出规模达224.25亿元，同比增长7.6%1；产业增加值为48.41亿元，增速为9%，增加值占全区GDP比重为1.46%1。
在资金和项目支持方面，龙华区已落地两只20亿元规模的集成电路产业基金1。6月份集中落地6个先进制造业项目，成交5宗产业用地，总用地面积约12.6公顷，项目总投资25亿元1。

The district has already established a comprehensive integrated circuit industry chain encompassing design, testing and packaging, equipment, and materials sectors 1. In 2025, the semiconductor and integrated circuit cluster achieved an output value of 22.425 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year growth of 7.6% 1. The industry added 4.841 billion yuan in value, with a growth rate of 9%, accounting for 1.46% of the district's total GDP 1. As of the end of 2025, the cluster has concentrated 200 above-scale enterprises, including 141 specialized and innovative enterprises, of which 24 are national-level specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprises 1.
To support cluster development, two 2-billion-yuan scale integrated circuit industry funds have been established 1. In June, the district launched six advanced manufacturing projects, with five industrial land parcels transacted totaling approximately 12.6 hectares and total project investment of 2.5 billion yuan 1.
