深圳龙华区发布世界级半导体科技城空间规划，划定约200平方公里的协同发展范围，其中龙华片区约115平方公里[1]。该区全力冲刺"十五五"末集群产值突破500亿元的目标[1]。
龙华区已形成覆盖设计、封测、设备、材料等多个环节的完整集成电路产业体系[1]。截至2025年底，该区集成电路产业集群共集聚规上企业200家，其中专精特新企业141家，国家级专精特新"小巨人"企业24家[1]。2025年龙华区半导体与集成电路集群产出规模达224.25亿元，同比增长7.6%[1]；产业增加值为48.41亿元，增速为9%，增加值占全区GDP比重为1.46%[1]。
在资金和项目支持方面，龙华区已落地两只20亿元规模的集成电路产业基金[1]。6月份集中落地6个先进制造业项目，成交5宗产业用地，总用地面积约12.6公顷，项目总投资25亿元[1]。
Longhua District in Shenzhen has released a spatial development plan for a world-class semiconductor technology city, designating approximately 200 square kilometers across Longhua and Longgang for coordinated development [1]. The district is targeting a cluster production value exceeding 500 billion yuan by the end of the 15th Five-Year Plan period [1]. Longhua's portion of the planned area spans 115 square kilometers [1].
The district has already established a comprehensive integrated circuit industry chain encompassing design, testing and packaging, equipment, and materials sectors [1]. In 2025, the semiconductor and integrated circuit cluster achieved an output value of 22.425 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year growth of 7.6% [1]. The industry added 4.841 billion yuan in value, with a growth rate of 9%, accounting for 1.46% of the district's total GDP [1]. As of the end of 2025, the cluster has concentrated 200 above-scale enterprises, including 141 specialized and innovative enterprises, of which 24 are national-level specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprises [1].
To support cluster development, two 2-billion-yuan scale integrated circuit industry funds have been established [1]. In June, the district launched six advanced manufacturing projects, with five industrial land parcels transacted totaling approximately 12.6 hectares and total project investment of 2.5 billion yuan [1].
