全国高校首家纪检监察学专业图书馆落户中国政法大学

位于北京的中国政法大学近日迎来全国高校首家纪检监察学专业图书馆，该馆旨在为新兴的纪检监察学科提供系统化的文献保障和人才培养支撑 1。馆长刘震及相关师生表示，该馆填补了国内空白，兼具史料典藏、学术研究与廉洁文化教育功能 1。2022年9月，纪检监察学被正式列为法学门类下的一级学科 1。

自今年6月揭牌以来，该图书馆现有实体藏书1.6万余册、音像资料300余盘(碟) 1。同时，建成电子图书数据库，包含7000余册电子图书，总文字量达1000余亿字 1。馆藏覆盖十余类资料，按学科方向分设十二个专题分区陈列 1。中国政法大学纪检监察学院院长常保国首批捐赠1.1万余部(册、卷)图书文献 1。

China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) has established the first professional library in Chinese higher education dedicated to discipline inspection and supervision studies, located in Beijing 1. This initiative aims to provide systematic literature support and talent cultivation resources for this emerging academic field 1. The library was officially unveiled in June of this year, filling a domestic gap in specialized collections for the discipline 1.

The establishment of the library follows the formal recognition of discipline inspection and supervision as a first-level discipline under the law category by the Chinese government in September 2022 1. Chang Baoguo, Dean of the School of Discipline Inspection and Supervision at CUPL, initiated the collection by donating more than 11,000 books, volumes, and documents 1. Since its opening, the facility has accumulated over 16,000 physical volumes and more than 300 audio-visual materials 1. Additionally, a digital database containing over 7,000 e-books with a total text volume exceeding 100 billion characters has been completed 1.

Designed to serve multiple functions including historical archiving, academic research, and integrity culture education, the library’s holdings cover more than ten categories of materials 1. These resources are organized into twelve thematic zones based on specific disciplinary directions 1. Liu Zhen, the library director, along with faculty and students, emphasized that the institution supports both scholarly inquiry and ethical education within the field 1.
