广东知识产权国际研习营于10月19日在深圳开幕1，由广东省市场监督管理局主办、北京大学深圳研究生院承办1。本次研习吸引了来自21个国家和地区的44名学员参加1，为期七天1，旨在深化知识产权国际交流、培养涉外人才、服务粤港澳大湾区建设1。
研习安排涵盖课堂教学、专题研讨、产业参访、结业研究等多个环节1。其中，Danny Friedmann教授将就人工智能生成内容的版权、商标与专利保护等前沿课题授课1。
广东在知识产权领域持续领先。2025年广东PCT国际专利申请量连续24年领跑全国1，"深圳—香港—广州"创新集群连续两年稳居全球百强创新集群首位1。
The Guangdong Intellectual Property International Training Program commenced on October 19 in Shenzhen, hosted by the Guangdong Market Supervision and Management Bureau and undertaken by the Shenzhen Graduate School of Peking University 1. The seven-day program brings together 44 participants from 21 countries and regions 1, designed to deepen international exchanges on intellectual property, cultivate professionals with international expertise, and support the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Guangzhou Greater Bay Area 1.
The training curriculum encompasses classroom instruction, thematic seminars, industry visits, and capstone research projects 1. Professor Danny Friedmann will lead sessions on copyright, trademark, and patent protection for artificially generated content 1. Guangdong has maintained the top ranking nationwide for 24 consecutive years in PCT international patent applications 1. The Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Guangzhou innovation cluster has secured the leading position among the world's top 100 innovation clusters for two consecutive years 1.
