The Dutch National Cyber Security Center (NCSC) has temporarily taken its official website, NCSC.NL, offline as a precautionary measure in response to a critical vulnerability in PHP.1 The PHP security team is scheduled to release a patch at 16:00 Dutch time, following which the NCSC has committed to publishing a security advisory within one hour on advisories.ncsc.nl.1
