《交通管理电子证照 机动车行驶证》国家标准发布

市场监管总局近日批准发布了《交通管理电子证照 机动车行驶证》国家标准（GB/T 48269—2026），该标准将于2027年4月1日起实施1。新标准统一了电子行驶证的信息要求、授权使用机制、安全防护和编码规则1，采用国产SM2密码算法进行数字签名1，进一步规范了公安交通管理电子证照系统建设1。

此前，《交通管理电子证照 机动车驾驶证》国家标准已于2026年7月1日起实施1。电子驾驶证自2021年底在全国推广应用1，电子行驶证于2024年7月启动试点，2024年11月分3批全面推行1。群众可通过"交管12123"App申领、出示和扫描核验电子行驶证1，便于群众和企业办事。

The State Administration for Market Regulation has approved and issued the national standard for "Traffic Management Electronic Certificate: Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate" (GB/T 48269—2026), which will take effect on April 1, 2027.1 The standard establishes unified requirements for electronic registration certificate information, authorization mechanisms, security safeguards, and encoding rules, strengthening the construction of public security traffic management electronic certificate systems and facilitating administrative services for residents and businesses.1

Electronic registration certificates have been progressively implemented alongside related digital documentation systems. The national standard for electronic driver's licenses took effect on July 1, 2026,1 while electronic registration certificates were first piloted in July 2024 and then rolled out in three phases nationwide beginning in November 2024.1 Electronic driver's licenses have been in national application since late 2021.1 The new standard incorporates the domestic SM2 cryptographic algorithm for digital signatures to ensure security.1 Citizens and enterprises can apply for, display, and verify these electronic certificates through the "Traffic Management 12123" mobile application.1
