根据意见，对于食品安全犯罪，要依法严格控制缓刑、免予刑事处罚的适用，对情节严重、影响恶劣的案件依法从重判罚1。同时，推动食品安全领域行政执法与刑事司法衔接规范性文件的出台，建立食品安全行政执法与刑事司法衔接信息共享平台1。

For violations involving serious circumstances or causing severe public impact, law enforcement will pursue enhanced penalties 1. The Commission aims to strengthen the coordination between administrative enforcement and criminal justice by establishing normative documents governing their interface in food safety matters and creating an information-sharing platform to link administrative enforcement with criminal prosecution 1.
