我国加速壮大技能劳动者队伍，目标2030年占比达35%

国新办近日发布会披露了中国人力资源和社会保障部的重点工作安排。1中国将加速壮大技能劳动者队伍，目标到2030年技能人才占就业人员比例提升至35%。1为此，"十五五"期间计划开展补贴性职业技能培训5000万人次，新增取得技能证书4000万人次，其中高级工以上证书1400万人次。1同时，中国将每年培育100万名高层次、紧缺骨干专业技术人才，并计划制修订200个以上国家职业标准。1

当前就业形势保持稳定。1今年1至9月城镇新增就业1052万人，完成全年目标的87.7%，前8个月城镇调查失业率均值为5.2%。1在社会保障支撑方面，截至9月底，养老、失业、工伤三项社保基金累计结余达11.2万亿元。1中国将实施"2个计划"和"5项行动"稳就业，推进全链条就业服务体系建设。1以南充为例，今年1至8月城镇新增就业4.93万人，完成补贴性职业技能培训超8200人次。1
