吉尔吉斯斯坦鲁班工坊由浙江水利水电学院与吉尔吉斯斯坦国立技术大学联合建设,于2024年10月揭牌1。工坊面积超过1000平方米,现有15个实验实训室1,已累计培养水利水电工程、电气工程及其自动化等领域专业人员6000余人次1。
工坊根据吉方发展需求设置课程,在借鉴中国应用型教育经验的同时,结合当地自然条件和技术标准进行调整1。浙江水利水电学院与吉尔吉斯斯坦国立技术大学共同开设国际商务本科专业"2+2"联合培养项目1,学生在吉中两国高校各学习两年,毕业后获得两所高校的文凭1。这一合作模式已成为中吉教育合作的重要桥梁1。
2025年上合组织天津峰会上,中方提出未来5年在成员国建设10所鲁班工坊1,进一步推进区域工程教育合作。
The Luban Workshop in Kyrgyzstan, a joint initiative between Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power and Kyrgyzstan National University of Technology, was officially inaugurated in October 20241. Spanning over 1,000 square meters and equipped with 15 experimental training laboratories, the workshop has already trained more than 6,000 engineering and technical professionals across multiple disciplines including hydraulic and hydroelectric engineering as well as electrical engineering and automation1.
The facility tailors its curriculum to meet Kyrgyzstan's development priorities, adapting China's experience in applied engineering education to local natural conditions and technical standards1. In collaboration with Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power, the workshop offers a "2+2" joint undergraduate program in international business, enabling students to study two years at each institution in both countries and graduate with diplomas from both universities1.
At the 2025 Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit in Tianjin, China announced plans to establish ten Luban Workshops across member states within the next five years1.
