福田梅林街道以"四个最"守护食品安全

深圳福田梅林街道近期推进食品安全工作，围绕"最安全、最齐全、最地道、最放心"的目标，推出系列创新举措托起辖区舌尖幸福感。1该街道首创"天天查餐厅"专项行动、首建街道级食品安全监测站、首发"幸福小店"评选，构建闭环监管体系，并打造美食指引地图和特色餐饮名录。1

自9月15日行动启动以来，梅林街道已累计巡查门店7家，排查整改问题14项，其中完成整改8项。1所有抽检食材检测结果均为阴性。1街道梳理形成75家餐饮类"梅林幸福小店"名录，为消费者提供优质餐饮选择。1

街道累计推出10期专题宣传内容，全网曝光量超8.7万人次。1同时，街道还积极回应民众关切，累计接待群众咨询50余次，解答民生问题40余条。1梅林街道辖区拥有1200余家餐饮门店。1

Shenzhen's Fudan District Meilin Subdistrict has launched a comprehensive food safety oversight program centered on "four most" principles: safest, most complete, most authentic, and most reliable 1. The program introduces several pioneering measures, including the "Daily Restaurant Inspection" campaign launched on September 15, the subdistrict's first dedicated food safety monitoring station, and a "Happy Little Shop" selection process 1. Since the campaign began, inspectors have visited 7 restaurants and identified 14 issues, with 8 already remedied 1. All food ingredient samples collected during inspections have tested negative 1. The initiative has compiled a roster of 75 dining venues designated as "Meilin Happy Little Shops," recognizing establishments meeting safety and quality standards 1.

The subdistrict has established a closed-loop supervision system supported by public engagement efforts 1. The program has produced 10 rounds of promotional content reaching over 87,000 people online and fielded more than 50 public inquiries, addressing over 40 community concerns 1.
