龙华区教科院附小已建有"三馆十园十坊"共23个浸润式劳动育人场域1。该校自2011年提出"小种子·大世界"育人理念，已获评广东省首批劳动教育特色学校、省教学成果一等奖1。专家马开剑指出，数字技术是劳动教育的工具与桥梁，不能替代学生真实动手实践1；柳夕浪强调数字仅是手段，要规避"有教育无劳动""有劳动无教育"的问题1。
On September 29th, the Shenzhen Municipal Institute of Educational Science organized an integrated labor curriculum teaching seminar themed "Digital Intelligence Empowers Labor Education" at Longhua District Institute of Education Affiliated Primary School 1. The event showcased practical explorations of how digital technology integrates with labor education in Shenzhen through multiple formats including site visits, classroom observation, experience sharing, and expert presentations 1.
The school hosts 23 immersive labor education venues collectively known as "three exhibition halls, ten gardens, and ten workshops" 1. Since establishing its educational philosophy of "Little Seeds, Big World" in 2011, the institution has been recognized as Guangdong Province's first batch of schools with distinctive labor education programs and won a first-prize provincial teaching achievement award 1.
Attendees included domestic education experts and frontline labor education representatives from various districts across Shenzhen 1. Expert Ma Kaijian emphasized that digital technology serves as a tool and bridge for labor education but cannot replace students' genuine hands-on practice 1. Expert Liu Xihuang stressed that technology is merely a means, cautioning against pitfalls of having "education without labor" or "labor without education" 1. A consensus emerged among all participating experts and educators: labor education should remain grounded in authentic hands-on practice, with digital technology functioning only as a supporting mechanism 1.
