9月20日晚，广东省中小学德育研究与指导中心主办的2026"班·行云"班主任云端对话第1期（深圳专场）举办1。本期活动以"湾区班主任，鹏城展芳华"为主题1，邀请周峰、朱旭、赵福江、王莉、郎丰颖等专家学者与邓小冬、邢頔、金玲、李雪静、赵红燕五个省级名班主任工作室主持人及一线班主任进行云端对话1。
与会专家通过专题分享、案例实战、成果推介等多种形式深入探讨班主任专业发展1。参加活动的专家强调，班主任队伍建设是学校德育高质量发展的关键1。深圳市罗湖区翠园启创学校教师刘彦宏展示了在数字化带班中的创新探索，包括"七彩成长进度条"、AI悄悄话信箱等做法1。各工作室的创新育人成果也得到了集中展示1。
与会专家赵福江建议将"班·行云"活动面向全国直播，并借助专委会年会和《班主任》杂志进行推广1。
The inaugural "Class·Cloud" online dialogue for head teachers, organized by the Guangdong Province Center for Research and Guidance on Moral Education in Primary and Secondary Schools, took place on the evening of September 20th in Shenzhen 1. Themed "Bay Area Head Teachers, Peng City Showcasing Brilliance," the event brought together education experts, provincial-level renowned head teacher studio directors, and frontline educators to exchange perspectives on professional development and innovative moral education practices 1.
The dialogue featured contributions from specialists including Zhou Feng, Zhu Xu, Zhao Fujiang, Wang Li, and Lang Fengying, alongside five provincial head teacher studios led by Deng Xiaodong, Xing Di, Jin Ling, Li Xuejing, and Zhao Hongyan 1. Participants emphasized that building a strong head teacher workforce is essential to achieving high-quality moral education development in schools 1. Liu Yanhong, a teacher from Luohu District Cuiyuan Qichuang School in Shenzhen, presented digital classroom management innovations including a "seven-color growth progress bar" and an AI confidential mailbox 1. Zhao Fujiang proposed that "Class·Cloud" expand to nationwide live broadcasting and promote its content through academic committee annual conferences and Head Teacher magazine 1.
