2024年2月，该组织曾前往山东省阳谷县调研当地一家黑猪养殖企业，并要求其交纳两万多元用于宣传推广1。中致社会发展促进中心主任何国科指出，当涉及数额较大的情况时，此类行为可能涉嫌诈骗等刑事犯罪1。

Investigations revealed that the organization and several similar entities have no registration records in either the National Organization Unified Social Credit Code Query Platform or the Ministry of Civil Affairs database, raising suspicions that they operate as illegal organizations engaged in potential fraud.1 Related groups include the "China Food Safety and Health Promotion Engineering Office," with leadership roles reportedly shared among principals of different entities.1 In February 2024, representatives visited a black pig breeding enterprise in Yanggu County, Shandong Province, demanding over 20,000 yuan from the company for promotional services.1 According to He Guoke, director of the Zhongzhi Social Development Promotion Center, cases involving substantial sums of money may constitute criminal fraud and related offenses.1
