中化集团原副总经理冯志斌一审被判十九年

大庆市中级人民法院对中国中化集团原党组成员、副总经理冯志斌作出一审判决。1冯志斌因受贿罪、利用影响力受贿罪、国有公司人员滥用职权罪被判处有期徒刑十九年，并处罚金七百万元。1

根据查证，冯志斌在2003年至2022年间利用职务便利非法收受财物6071万余元，离职后又继续利用影响力非法收受987万余元。1其违法所得总计约7058万余元。冯志斌曾先后担任副总经理、总经理助理兼投资部总经理、中化蓝天集团董事长总经理、中化化肥有限公司总经理等职务。1法院于2026年6月9日对此案公开开庭审理，并于2026年9月21日作出一审判决。1

During his tenure at China National Chemical Corporation, Feng held several key positions, including assistant general manager with concurrent responsibility for the investment department, chairman and general manager of China National Chemical Blue Sky Group, and general manager of China National Chemical Fertilizer Limited Company 1. The court imposed a combined sentence of nineteen years in prison alongside the fine, consolidating multiple convictions including fourteen years for bribery with a 6 million yuan fine, eight years for illegal acceptance of benefits through influence with a 1 million yuan fine, and five years for abuse of power 1.
