中国监管部门对人形机器人企业IPO踩剎车

根据知情人士透露，监管机构已通过非正式的"窗口指导"暂缓部分人形机器人企业的上市进程。1其中一名知情人士表示，人形机器人企业首次公开发行（IPO）实际上已被冻结。1中国证监会已向部分投行和投资机构发出非正式指导，表示将提高人形机器人企业IPO获批的门槛。1

目前至少有6家中国人形机器人企业正在筹备上市，包括云深处科技、自变量机器人和智元机器人。1

Chinese regulatory authorities have moved to slow initial public offerings by humanoid robot companies, prompted by the volatile performance of sector newcomer Unitree following its market debut.1 Unitree's stock, which peaked at 1,100 yuan on its first trading day on August 19 on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's STAR board, had plummeted to 499.73 yuan by August 21.1

Regulators have begun applying informal guidance known as "window guidance" to delay IPO processes for some humanoid robot enterprises, according to sources cited by Reuters.1 One informed source indicated that initial public offerings for humanoid robot companies have effectively been frozen.1 The China Securities Regulatory Commission has issued non-official guidance to select investment banks and institutions signaling that it will raise the approval threshold for humanoid robot company IPOs.1

At least six Chinese humanoid robot enterprises are currently preparing for public listings, including Cloudminds Technology, Variable Robotics, and Zhiyuan Robot.1
