执法部门查处了多起高价收费案件。2024年1月9日，驾驶员麦某对外籍乘客1.6公里路程收取288.4元1；5月31日，驾驶员李某对两名老年乘客收取370元（打表显示272.5元），虚构返空费规定1；7月17日，驾驶员吴某对两名小孩乘客索要251元（打表显示123元），虚报高速费用1。
执法支队采取"处罚+普法"模式，同步向驾驶员讲解相关法律规定1。

On January 9, 2024, driver Mai charged a foreign passenger 288.4 yuan for a 1.6-kilometer trip.1 On May 31, driver Li collected 370 yuan from two elderly passengers despite the meter reading 272.5 yuan, falsely invoking a return-trip fee regulation.1 Another incident on July 17 saw driver Wu demand 251 yuan from two child passengers when the meter showed 123 yuan, with Wu fabricating high-speed toll charges.1
The enforcement approach combines penalties with legal education, with officers simultaneously explaining applicable regulations to drivers during enforcement actions.1
