受访者对面试作业的规范化提出了明确诉求。58.6%的受访者希望无论是否被录用,招聘方都能提供专业反馈1。此外,53.9%的受访者希望通过签订保密协议来保护自身知识产权,47.8%期望企业能明确试稿的时间范围和评价标准1。在耗时较长的试稿任务中,41.2%的受访者认为应当获得稿酬1。调查样本中,职场人士占69.1%,应届毕业生占15.5%,在校生及非应届生占11.7%1。
A survey conducted by the China Youth Daily's Social Investigation Center reveals widespread concerns about how employers handle take-home assignments during the recruitment process. The research, which polled 1,334 job seekers with job-search experience over the past three years, found that 81.9% of respondents have encountered the practice of being assigned work as part of interviews, with 13.2% reporting this happens frequently and 68.7% encountering it occasionally.1
The assignments vary in nature, with online written tests and evaluations being the most common type at 44.8%, followed by project proposals and PowerPoint presentations at 34.4%, and writing samples and copywriting assignments at 30.4%.1 More than half of respondents—58.6%—expressed hope that employers would provide professional feedback regardless of whether they are hired or rejected.1 Beyond feedback, job seekers have articulated additional concerns: 53.9% wish to sign confidentiality agreements to protect their intellectual property, 47.8% want clear timelines and evaluation criteria for assignments, and 41.2% believe they should receive compensation for lengthy trial assignments.1 The survey participants included working professionals making up 69.1% of the sample, recent graduates at 15.5%, and current students or non-recent graduates at 11.7%; respondents were 43.5% male and 56.5% female.1
