中国中学师资学历结构优化，博士与硕士教师数量持续增长

中国中小学教师队伍的学历结构正在发生明显变化。截至2024年，中小学专任教师中有5910人具博士学位，研究生学历教师总数超过86万人，其中硕士学历教师达85万5634人1。众多名校博士、硕士毕业生选择从教，成为推动师资队伍素质提升的重要力量。

一线城市及经济发达地区正通过优厚待遇吸引高学历人才进入教育系统。深圳中学目前拥有博士教师100余人，其中超过150名教师毕业于清华、北大1。该校今年计划招聘21人，全部为研究生学历，其中包括5名博士和16名硕士1。苏州中学2025年录用13名应届毕业生中，6人来自清华、4人来自北大，其中8人为博士、5人为硕士1。一线城市及苏州、厦门等经济发达城市通过编制、安家费等福利待遇，为研究生任教创造条件1。

China's secondary schools are attracting growing numbers of highly educated graduates to teaching positions, with doctorate and master's degree holders increasingly filling classroom roles across the country. Leading schools in major cities are leveraging competitive compensation packages to recruit elite talent. The school plans to hire 21 new graduates this year, all with master's or doctoral degrees, including five doctorate holders and 16 master's degree recipients 1. Similarly, Suzhou Middle School is recruiting 13 recent graduates for 2025, of whom six attended Tsinghua and four attended Peking University, comprising eight doctorate holders and five master's degree holders 1.

First-tier cities and economically developed regions such as Suzhou and Xiamen are competing to attract postgraduate-educated teachers through offering favorable terms including employment benefits, housing subsidies, and formal institutional positions 1.
