二手交易平台上兴起的低价酒店代订服务正成为消费陷阱。卖家打着"58折代订房间"、拥有"员工内部价"的名义招揽生意，代订服务费仅需23元，甚至承诺"代谈心升级房型"每晚收费49.9元到88元1。然而，多位消费者因此遭遇订单失败、卖家失联等问题。
消费者李女士通过卖家代订香港酒店需支付1835元，因卖家耽误10小时导致房间预订失败，她不得不自行重新订购，又额外花费1000元1。消费者曹女士向卖家支付4040元代订云南丽江度假酒店，最终卖家未能成功预订房间，其账号还被平台查封，款项无法追回1。上海普陀区人民检察院办理的案件中，卖家崔某收取3万余元房费及押金，承诺为买家预订5晚酒店实际仅预订1晚，另一买家的订单则一晚都未预订1。
法律专家警示这类行为的严重性。中国互联网协会法工委副秘书长胡钢表示，酒店代订行为涉嫌违约、欺诈，并潜藏诈骗犯罪风险，大规模开展会扰乱市场秩序1。
Budget-conscious travelers on secondhand trading platforms have fallen victim to a growing scam involving discounted hotel booking services. Sellers claiming to offer rooms at 50–80 percent discounts have left consumers stranded with failed reservations, lost deposits, and frozen accounts.1
Consumer Li reported losing money twice after a seller failed to secure her Hong Kong hotel booking within a promised timeframe, forcing her to rebook at an additional cost of 1,000 yuan after the original 1,835-yuan transaction.1 Similarly, consumer Cao transferred 4,040 yuan to a seller for a Lijiang resort booking in Yunnan Province, only to have the reservation go unfulfilled and her seller's account suspended by the platform, making the funds irretrievable.1 The sellers marketed their services aggressively, advertising "internal employee rates" and "5–8 percent discounts," charging booking fees of 2–3 yuan and upgrade negotiation fees ranging from 49.9 to 88 yuan per night.1
One prosecution case handled by the Shanghai Putuo District People's Procuratorate involved a seller named Cui who collected over 30,000 yuan in room fees and deposits while promising to book five nights of accommodation but delivering only one; a second buyer's entire order went unbooked.1 According to Hu Gang, deputy secretary-general of the Legal Affairs Committee of the China Internet Association, such proxy booking practices constitute potential breach of contract, fraud, and carry latent risks of criminal deception that, if conducted at scale, threaten market order.1
