工业和信息化部、应急管理部于2026年8月6日联合印发《安全应急装备产业发展"十五五"规划》[1]。规划明确到2030年安全应急装备产业规模、技术水平、产品质量等显著提升的目标，其中重点领域产业规模达到1.4万亿元[1]。
规划提出建设10个竞争力强的产业集群、70个产业特色园区，形成一批国际竞争力强的龙头企业[1]。规划包含加强产业创新、促进装备推广应用、培育壮大产业主体、优化产业生态4个方面，细化提出15项具体任务[1]。
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Emergency Management jointly released the "Safety and Emergency Equipment Industry Development Plan for the 15th Five-Year Period" on August 6, 2026.[1] The plan establishes ambitious targets for the sector by 2030, including expanding the scale of key industry segments to 1.4 trillion yuan, building 10 competitive industrial clusters, and developing 70 specialized industrial parks.[1] The initiative aims to foster leading enterprises with strong international competitiveness in the safety and emergency equipment sector.
