Wu Jiayong, a student from Yuanling Primary School under the Yuanling Education Group in Futian District, Shenzhen, served as a torchbearer at the national finals of the Champion Youth Arts Olympiad competition.[1] During the opening ceremony, Wu stood alongside national champions Wang Zijun and Wu Yequiuyin to complete the torch relay.[1] At the closing ceremony, Wu took on the role of host for the award presentation ceremony.[1]
