8月15日全国生态日当天，最高人民检察院发布了8件检察公益诉讼服务保障美丽中国建设典型案例[1]。这8件典型案例包括7件行政公益诉讼案件和1件刑事附带民事公益诉讼案件[1]，涉及大气污染、水污染、固废污染防治以及耕地、矿产、生物多样性、海洋保护等多个领域[1]。
2025年以来，全国检察机关共办理生态环境公益诉讼案件7.3万件[1]，其中行政公益诉讼6.1万件、民事公益诉讼1.2万件[1]。检察机关运用检察建议、诉讼等方式督促行政机关依法履职[1]。同时，检察机关完善了以卫星遥感、无人机航拍、快速检测为代表的"空天地"一体化检察公益诉讼技术支持体系[1]，提升了办案质效。
On August 15, coinciding with China's National Ecology Day, the Supreme People's Procuratorate unveiled eight representative cases of public interest litigation designed to advance the construction of a beautiful China.[1] These cases demonstrate the procuratorial system's effectiveness in utilizing prosecutorial recommendations and litigation to compel administrative agencies to fulfill their legal duties, as well as leveraging technology to enhance case-handling efficiency.[1]
Since the beginning of 2025, procuratorial organs across the country have handled 73,000 ecological and environmental public interest litigation cases, comprising 61,000 administrative public interest cases and 12,000 civil public interest cases.[1] The eight landmark cases released include seven administrative public interest litigation cases and one criminal case with attached civil public interest claims, addressing environmental challenges spanning air pollution, water pollution, solid waste management, farmland protection, mineral resources, biodiversity conservation, and marine preservation.[1]
To strengthen investigative capacity, procuratorial agencies have established an integrated "space-air-ground" technology support system for public interest litigation, incorporating satellite remote sensing, unmanned aerial photography, and rapid detection technologies.[1]
