The International Comprehensive Service Center at Shenzhen North Station was recently inaugurated, marking a coordinated effort to prepare for the 2026 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Thirty-Third Leaders Informal Meeting [1]. Guided by Shenzhen's Foreign Affairs Office and supported by Longhua District, the center was developed under the leadership of Minzhi Street [1].
Located at the east plaza of Shenzhen North Station, the facility offers a one-stop service platform with four core functions: multilingual consultation and interpretation, guidance on foreign-related policies, urban cultural promotion, and corporate image showcase [1]. The center mobilizes resources from government, enterprises, and society to serve international visitors and residents. Leading companies including iFLYTEK, Kibing Glass, Photonic Crystal, and Xinda Chuangchuang Technology have participated in its construction [1].
To strengthen its service capacity, over 20 government officials fluent in multiple languages have been identified and mobilized [1]. Additionally, foreign residents from more than 50 countries living in the district have been recruited into a volunteer service reserve [1], ensuring comprehensive support across diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds as the city prepares for the upcoming international summit.
