Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Kirk Cousins has outlined a distinctly different philosophy toward mentoring rookie quarterbacks compared to Hall of Famers Joe Montana and Brett Favre.[1] In discussing his role with the team's newly drafted signal caller Fernando Mendoza, Cousins emphasized that "the quarterback room is a collaborative force where we all give each other feedback, share ideas, and that's how a great quarterback room operates."[1]
