广东省人民政府日前印发通知，决定调整全省最低工资标准，自2026年9月1日起执行[1]。其中，深圳市月最低工资标准调整至2700元，为全省最高水平，广州市为2680元[1]。
全省最低工资标准按城市经济发展水平分为三类[1]。一类城市包括广州、深圳；二类城市为珠海、佛山、东莞、中山，月标准为2300元；三类城市包括汕头等15个市，月标准为2040元[1]。同步调整的非全日制小时最低工资标准为25.4元/小时[1]。
此外，新就业形态劳动者被纳入最低工资保障制度[1]。新标准明确，最低工资不含延长工作时间工资、特殊工作环境津贴和法定福利待遇[1]。
Guangdong Province's government has announced an adjustment to the provincial minimum wage standards, effective September 1, 2026.[1] Shenzhen's monthly minimum wage will be raised to 2,700 yuan, the highest among all cities in the province, while Guangzhou will see its standard set at 2,680 yuan.[1] The province has established a three-tier wage structure, with the second tier—covering cities including Zhuhai, Foshan, Dongguan, and Zhongshan—set at 2,300 yuan per month, and the third tier encompassing 15 cities such as Shantou at 2,040 yuan monthly.[1]
The new regulations clarify that the minimum wage standards exclude compensation for extended working hours, allowances for special work environments, and statutory benefits.[1] For part-time workers, the hourly minimum wage standard has been set at 25.4 yuan.[1] Additionally, workers in new employment forms have been formally incorporated into the minimum wage protection system.[1]
