肺癌是发病率与死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤1。为推进肺癌早期发现和早期治疗，北京胸科医院牵头启动了"控烟护肺·一扫双筛"肺癌、肺结核联合筛查项目1，在江西省于都县开展筛查工作。该项目构建了"AI初筛加专业影像医师四审"的多重质控体系1，并培训遴选了200余名影像医师参与审核报告的撰写1。
自2023年底启动以来，该筛查项目已覆盖全国17个省份44个县市区，累计筛查超过15.3万人次1。按照计划，2026年度筛查项目将陆续走进15个省份30多个重点县域，预计为约1.5万名当地居民提供免费筛查1。专家建议，50岁及以上且有家族史、长期吸烟的人群应进行定期CT检查1，以便及时发现肺癌并采取相应治疗措施。

Since its inception at the end of 2023, the initiative has expanded across 17 provinces and 44 county-level jurisdictions nationwide, conducting over 153,000 screening procedures to date 1. The program is projected to extend to 15 provinces and more than 30 county regions by 2026, with plans to provide free screening services to approximately 15,000 local residents 1.
