深圳华富街道通过引进龙头企业领益智造，建立完善的产业服务机制，正在构建从研发、制造到场景应用的全链条AI产业生态。[1]2025年6月，领益智造在华富街道国创中心设立人形机器人研发中心，[1]该企业拥有超过6300人的研发团队、累计获得2178项专利。[1]领益智造与16家机器人企业签署合作协议，推出"行者""磐石"等九大产品系列，[1]并推动了百台级机器人量产订单的落地。[1]
为加强企业服务与诉求解决，街道累计走访728家企业，收集诉求118个，已办结解决115个，问题解决率达到97%。[1]在空间载体建设方面，街道依托深业上城、深科技城等平台聚集上下游企业。[1]其中深科技城占地45万平方米，将于2026年上半年推进全国首个"政务+企业"双场景AI协同创新中心；[1]深业上城研发大厦已入驻世界500强企业14家，[1]其"科技之光体验廊"汇聚60个科技电子品牌。[1]在建的湾区智慧广场高358.1米，建成后将新增约19万平方米优质产业空间。[1]
2025年11月，小鹏汽车人形机器人"IRON"在深业上城举办全球首次线下公开展览，[1]展示了街道AI产业链的商业化进展。
Shenzhen's Huafu Street has established an integrated AI industry ecosystem spanning research, manufacturing, and market application by attracting leading enterprises and building collaborative networks.[1] The district introduced Lingyi Smart Manufacturing, which established a humanoid robot research center at the Huafu National Innovation Center in June 2025, as a cornerstone anchor for the supply chain.[1] Leveraging spatial platforms including Shenzhen Science and Technology City and Shenzhen Business City, the street has assembled upstream and downstream enterprises into a coordinated network while creating pathways to market through duty-free channels and product showcase platforms.[1]
Lingyi Smart Manufacturing brings substantial research capacity to the initiative, operating a research team exceeding 6,300 employees and holding a cumulative total of 2,178 patents.[1] The company has signed cooperation agreements with 16 robot enterprises and launched nine major product series including "Xingzhe" and "Panshi," catalyzing hundred-unit scale production orders.[1] To support this ecosystem, Huafu Street has conducted systematic outreach to 728 enterprises, collecting 118 service requests, of which 115 have been resolved, achieving a 97 percent resolution rate.[1]
The district continues expanding physical infrastructure to accommodate the sector's growth. Shenzhen Science and Technology City spans 450,000 square meters and is scheduled to advance development of a national first "government-and-enterprise dual-scenario" AI collaborative innovation center by mid-2026.[1] Shenzhen Business City's research tower has accumulated 14 Fortune 500 companies among its tenants, while the under-development Bay Area Wisdom Plaza, measuring 358.1 meters in height, will add approximately 190,000 square meters of premium industrial space upon completion.[1] Additionally, the "Technology Light Experience Corridor" at Shenzhen Business City showcases 60 technology and electronics brands.[1] In November 2025, XPeng Motor unveiled its humanoid robot "IRON" at a global first offline public exhibition held at Shenzhen Business City.[1]
