Additionally, the festival features a Hungarian cinema unit to facilitate international cultural exchange [1], while leveraging resources from the Changchun International Film City's computing infrastructure and the Jilin Youth Film and Television OPC Innovation Center to provide technological and institutional support for emerging creators [1].
