Jackie, a renowned bald eagle from California's Big Bear Valley, died on Monday after spending weeks undergoing intensive veterinary treatment at the Ojai Raptor Center.[1] The eagle had sustained injuries from an attack by another eagle and was admitted to the facility for specialized care.[1]
