中国国家市场监管总局近日披露，部分县域及三四线城市驾培行业存在明显的垄断违法行为。[1]这些乱象主要表现为驾校抱团涨价、行业协会组织签订垄断协议、统一抬高收费等问题。[1]
为打击这一现象，全国市场监管部门已采取了系列执法行动。[1]2022年至今，市场监管部门累计办结、在办驾培垄断案件12件，涉及百余家驾校，案件覆盖10余个省份。[1]其中西南、西北地区县域为垄断案件高发区域。[1]单个案件的涉案主体规模不一，少则4家驾校，多则17家。[1]
市场监管部门表示将持续保持反垄断高压态势，整治驾培领域违规行为，以激活县域消费潜力。[1]
China's State Administration for Market Regulation has disclosed widespread monopolistic violations in the driver training sector across county-level areas and third- and fourth-tier cities, including collusive price increases, cartel agreements orchestrated by industry associations, and irregular fee-setting practices.[1] Since 2022, market regulatory departments nationwide have completed or are currently handling 12 driver training monopoly cases involving over one hundred driving schools.[1]
The enforcement action spans more than ten provinces, with county-level regions in southwestern and northwestern China identified as high-incidence areas.[1] Individual cases involve between four and seventeen defendants, with some cartel arrangements featuring local driving schools coordinating price hikes and uniform fee increases through industry associations.[1] Regulators have pledged to maintain heightened anti-monopoly enforcement, systematically address violations in the driver training sector, and unlock consumer spending potential in county-level markets.[1]
