Three other traders faced sanctions in connection with related market manipulation on the same prediction contracts: Laurie Buckhout received a three-year ban and $2,590 fine, Ben Midgley was barred for three years with a $5,434.30 penalty, and Stephen Cloobeck faced a three-year trading suspension and approximately $31,770 fine 1.
