President Zelensky of Ukraine accused Russia of continuing to wage war against global food security through its military operations.[1] In a significant military development, Ukraine announced it would acquire 70 ATACMS missiles and 12 M270 multiple launch rocket systems from Turkey, with the total order valued at approximately $283 million (€245 million).[1] The ATACMS missiles will be limited to a range of 165 kilometers, and the United States has 30 days to approve the purchase.[1]
