The ElectroFlex film consists of a five-layer composite structure comprising a 0.10-millimeter front encapsulation layer, a 0.16-millimeter high-efficiency solar cell layer, a 0.04-millimeter copper backing layer, a 0.30-millimeter composite layer, and a 0.25-millimeter rear substrate layer 1. Currently, the product is supplied exclusively to Tier 1 equipment manufacturers in the United States, with plans to expand distribution to North America and Asia in the coming quarters 1.
The company targets applications across transportation, maritime, aerospace, building, agriculture, infrastructure, utilities, and specialty vehicles, with potential use cases including data center roofs, commercial truck and fleet rooftops, curved train surfaces, unmanned aircraft, and aircraft structures 1.
