普查对象包括农村住户、城镇农业生产经营户、农业生产经营单位、居民委员会和涉农街道办等五类1。根据普查要求，满足耕地、园地、养殖水面面积0.1亩及以上，或大中型牲畜1头及以上，或小动物20只及以上，或自产农产品销售收入达1000元及以上，或服务收入达1000元及以上的经营者需进行摸底清查1。
普查内容涵盖农业生产条件、粮食和大食物生产、农业新质生产力、乡村发展基本情况、农村居民生活情况等五大方面1。本次普查全程免费，不会以任何名义收取费用1，且普查信息受《全国农业普查条例》严格保密保护，不用于征税、罚款、拆迁认定或行政处罚1。

Census information is strictly protected under the National Agricultural Census Regulations and will not be used for taxation, fines, relocation determinations, or administrative penalties 1. Preliminary investigation is required for entities meeting any of the following criteria: cultivated land, orchards, or aquaculture areas of 0.1 acres or more; large or medium livestock numbering one or more; small animals numbering 20 or more; self-produced agricultural product sales revenue of 1,000 yuan or above; or service income of 1,000 yuan or above 1.
