The Independent Commission Against Corruption has heard allegations that Charles Perrottet misled investigators regarding his contact with fugitive property developer Jean Nassif during public hearings into Operation Rosny in Sydney.1 Evidence presented to the commission indicated that Perrottet, rather than his wife Anita, traveled to meet with Nassif, contradicting previous accounts.1 Perrottet claimed the meetings were conducted to "hoodwink" Nassif and extract information from him.1
