中国粉丝赴泰国追星近期接连引发安全事件。7月29日晚间，22名中国粉丝在苏凡纳布机场追星时因违反机场及航空公司安全规定遭拒绝登机，导致班机延误[1]。此前7月25日，一名中国女粉丝在参加泰国GMMTV旗下艺人粉丝见面会时被指插队，遭工作人员压制在地[1]。
泰国副总理兼外交部长希哈薩对此类事件频发表示关切，指出"类似事件不是首次发生"[1]，要求中国驻泰大使协助说明事件并增进理解。中国驻泰使馆随后于8日发布提醒，要求中国公民"遵守当地法律法规，文明有序参与活动"[1]。
Recent incidents involving Chinese fans traveling to Thailand for celebrity activities have prompted official concern from both countries. On July 29, twenty-two Chinese fans were denied boarding at Suvarnabhumi Airport after violating airport and airline safety regulations while pursuing a celebrity, resulting in flight delays.[1] Another incident occurred on July 25, when a Chinese female fan attending a meet-and-greeting event organized by GMMTV, a Thai entertainment company, was accused of cutting in line and was subsequently restrained by staff members.[1]
Thai Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Srettha Thavisin commented on August 5 that "similar incidents have occurred before,"[1] signaling the recurring nature of such disturbances. In response to these developments, the Chinese Embassy in Thailand issued a notice on August 8 urging Chinese citizens to "comply with local laws and regulations and participate in activities in a civilized and orderly manner."[1]
