在具体案件中，天津市蓟州区人民法院审理的李某某恶势力组织案中，纠集者李某某被依法判处有期徒刑四年十个月1。山东省日照市东港区人民法院审理的马某某恶势力犯罪集团案中，首要分子马某某被判处有期徒刑六年1。马某某等人于2024年11月至2025年10月期间实施“劳务碰瓷”违法犯罪二十余起，非法获利二十余万元1。
