专案行动小组将采取突击检查的方式，检查对象全面覆盖车辆制造商、产品制造商、零部件供应商、车辆检验与测试机构以及经销商4S店 1。对于违规企业，四部门将实施联合惩戒，惩戒措施包括公开通报、暂停相关产品认证、不予办理车辆注册登记及罚款等 1。
